The tarrif quotas issue was also pushed during the forum, positive changes in DCFTA were noted: the European Commissioner Cecilia Malmström announced the increase of quotas for Ukraine on 30th of September 2016.

About the judicial aspects of the agricultural exports to the EU informed the ILF-attorney Sviatoslav Bartosh. The expert advised to start the information search with defining a product number for a particular product group. Special attention was paid to the procedures at the customs and to the government control (phyto-, radio-, sanitary-epidiomologic control etc.), and to the "Single Window" procedure that had been recently implemented by the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine.
